We have stayed here on several occasions now. We enjoy the generous size of the rooms and the inclusion of a kitchen and lounge area. The proximity to Wynyard is perfect. Our only minor irritation was with the lifts, which were slow.

Overall the stay was fine and the location is excellent. However, when we got access to our room (there were 4 of us), our beds had not been made into the configurations that we required for our stay. This was rectified when we left for the evening. The sofa bed was made up but with no additional bedding eg blanket or pillows and the number of face towels etc and bathroom amienties were not in ratio with the number of guests.
