Sierra Grande Broadbeach is in a great position - close to the beach and across the road from Pacific Fair. It has an amazing outdoor pool and indoor pool. Do not stay in apartment 2304. This apartment is not associated with the Mantra group but is privately owned and managed. The carpet was filthy (the owner has now agreed to replace it after being asked for 18 months by the agent) the saucepans do not work on the stove as they are the wrong type, the couch is old and shabby and the one TV is cheap and dated. When we stayed there the windows and kitchen floor were both dirty. After paying nearly $4,000 we received a refund of $250 and 12 noon checkout.

We were a large party (parents of bride/bridal party) and arrived very stressed! Your staff member (so wish I knew her name - on desk day shift Sunday 7/4/24 ) could not have been more helpful, professional and accommodating. She was competently able to make her way through multiple reservations and requests and helped us out so much. She was on her own managing heavy in and out reception traffic yet made us feel welcomed and attended. That staff member must be recognised for her outstanding service to us on the day.

Enjoyable stay -well located & walking distance to beach, pacific fair & Broadbeach restaurants. Apartment clean & reasonably appointed, however the tv in the living room couldn’t connect to the internet therefore not enabling chrome casting

I booked via all accors, and i don't know how the search was 1 July- 4 July but my booking was 1 - 4 april.. and I just realized at 5 th april that i got send an email about my stay and quickly emailed them with all my proof of travelling where i got my ticket and othe hotels.. THEY JUST DONT CARE AT ALL and just ping ponged u to everywhere... i guess they just want my money without thinking of customer service and I'm so disappointed.. THEY TOOK MY 1400 AUD for nothing and without any consideration... NOT A GOOD SERVICE AT ALL.. and they ruined my mood for holiday..

Good location very good pricing, good outlook, good reception. However dirty plates with caked on food items, greasy dirty cutlery, smeared greasy bench tops, grease dripping off range hood. Had to put everything into the dishwasher, and hand scrub to give me confidence to use the kitchen items. Asked for a bottle opener. Provided with another beer bottle opener, but not a corkscrew bottle opener. Had to clean everything myself which was a downer. Nicely presented towel, but with a brown smudge at eye level (don't want to even contemplate what that was). Lost confidence. Great space. From the above really can't recommend. Have photos if anyone wants to reach out.
