Whispering Brook’s beautiful Australian themed cellar door in the heart of the Hunter Valley is just a short stroll from the house. Guests are offered a complimentary tutored tour of the estate’s vineyards, olive groves and winery followed by a tasting at the cellar door. Relax on the verandah of the cellar door with a gourmet antipasto and cheese platter for a casual luncheon overlooking the estate's vineyards and olive groves.

Unwind with a walk through the cottage gardens complete with fresh herbs to complement that special dish should you feel in the mood for cooking or arrange for our in-house chef to cook for you! Alternatively, choose from a superb selection of restaurants and a range of activities in the famous Hunter Valley.

Either way, a memorable escape is assured. Surrounded by the picturesque and natural beauty of the Yengo and Wollemi National Parks, Brokenback range and the meandering Wollombi Brook, Whispering Brook lies in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Featuring accommodation for 10-18 guests, the house is set in our vineyard and olive grove and is fully equipped including an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, open fireplace and wood heater, reverse cycle air-conditioning, linen, washing machine, table tennis and games room.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED IN THE HUNTER VALLEY? 

Whispering Brook in the Hunter Valley is just 2 hours from Sydney. Take the picturesque Peats Ridge turn off from the F3 to Broke or continue along the F3 to the Cessnock turnoff to reach the Hunter Valley and follow the map to Whispering Brook at Broke.
