Stayed overnight with family. The staff are wonderful. Everything you need is on site - food, drinks, pool, gym - but its located on the river near the theatre and close to a huge choice of restaurants.

As an AccorPlus member I expected to be welcomed during our stay. I had 3 separate incidents with the restaurant that made me feel completely unwelcome. It wasn’t good enough and I was very disappointed. The location of the hotel was good and the room itself was satisfactory. I only received an email copy of my receipt after having to specifically emailing the hotel over 24hrs later. Overall I was dissatisfied with the service of the hotel.
