When we arrived on first day to check in after a tiring day at theme park, it took 50 minutes for the reception to find our booking. This was the first time we experience this kind of service from any of the hotels. Finally, we were allocated with a room where we were welcomed by a big cockroach on the curtain. Bathroom floor had something unpleasant stucked on it. Breakfast was the same everyday with not many options for vegetarians. We requested if we can have hash browns for kids, and yet no has browns. Waffles were very fresh first day , then felt chewy as it was the same lot. Positive thing was kidshub-Kids enjoyed playing video game and swimming pool & Spa. They assisted kids setting up video game for our kids.

Had a nice stay, this was my third time staying here. My only critique is that on 2/3 stays the Aircon has had a musty/mouldy smell.
