Requested two room near each other, when entering rooms one had ants on both beds. so i requested to be moved. we then were not near other room but in another building and was told it was very busy but the car park had literally 5 cars in it. and was only given one free drink for my trouble of walking back to reception waiting for new key card and then back to new room again saying that would help them out. its the small things that make big impacts, although this is a great spot to stay location wise i will be looking at more options next time.

The hotel itself was lovely, check in and check out was quick, easy and convenient. The room was basic but everything you could need. However, the car park was not located in the same building as the rooms, so you had to carry your luggage from the car park to the room yourself. There was also no elevator to get to the other floors, so you needed to carry the luggage up the stairs as well. As someone pregnant this whole process was difficult and exhausting- the opposite of what you want a night away to be. Additionally, the chrome cast in the room did not work for any streaming site other than YouTube.

Great golf course view from room. Very quiet as requested. Great queen size beds in twin room. Very comfortable didn’t need my bed topper as I usually do. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful!

We recently stayed 2 nights and were quite disappointed with the room. We booked a twin bed and although the room was spacious, it smelled mouldy, had visible mould/stains in the bathroom, stains on the carpet in the bedroom and a damaged floor near the fridge. It is quite disappointing as the room was not cheap, and we definitely expected better. The gardens and pool looked nice, but we did not enjoy our stay because of the condition of the room. Would not recommend.
