Dkb Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Arrived for breakfast at 9:25am to have doors closed in our faces. No apology from staff, just a rude comment stating we are closed. No alternative offered (eg recommend ABC cafe down the street). Had we been advised at checking of restaurant opening times, we would have made an effort to be a little earlier. Amenities located in reception foyer requiring decent dusting/cleaning with a magnificent cobweb display on doors & windows. Our room was clean but very dated. Unfortunately due to our breakfast experience and rude staff we will be sourcing other accommodation options for our next visit to Albury.

The room was described as a queen with two singles. The second single provided was a trundle bed that was terrible to sleep on, my son ended up squashed between my husband and I. The walls in the room needed a good clean and wipe down. Wouldn’t recommend given the price tag and next time we will stay somewhere else.
