My pyjamas thrown on floor misleading rates

Room service threw pyjamas half on floor half on chair when making bed ( dirty carpets should have folded or carefully placed on chair ( unprofessional ) got quote was ready to pay with woman $2040 for 12 nights. I got another quote from manager Kevin a few days later $2400 roughly haggled $ 2300 haggled more $2268 finally was agreed apon !

The experience was strange in that the room was the usual Accor standard. And the club to which the hotel was attached was amazing! However, the usual "extras" that accompany the membership level I'm connected to weren't available. No complimentary drink, so discounted dining privileges, no water in room. I even checked online and looked at the dining privileges exception list and it wasn't listed.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at, felt like I was getting security screened by prison guards every time I walked in, dreaded it.
