Not a fan of the self check-in which was confusing and charged me twice for breakfast, but here’s where both receptionists were excellent in sorting out a quick refund, and they were super helpful. The room, bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean, nice & comfy. Wish there were power outlets near the bed though. Breakfast - needs addressing and needs to have more than 1 milk option! Parking was good.

The room was average size but nice and quiet. Having a full breakfast at reasonable price set the busy day up for a good start.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, I ordered room service one night but was not so impressed. My room was ok but the bathroom good do with the same renovation the room had - my bathroom door locked and would not open. The nightporter helped straight away and it seemed to be a very common problem as he came to the rom armed with a tool and opened it within 20seconds. Maybe it would be better to fix the root cause instead. Overall the stay was ok - thanks.
