I booked on behalf of my father who arrived late at night for surgery the next day. I tried to call numerous times during the day to check on the booking and make payment so my dad did not have to worry. No phone call was answered. The staff member checking him in would not take payment over the phone, meaning he had to pay himself out of very limited funds. Unhappy as this could have been avoided.

12 mins walked to Chinatown and 10 mins walk to CBD. Location is good for me. Room is clean and new. Microwave in room. But you had better get ready toothbrush, shower cap , , ,toothpaste since they are not in room. I was staying in twin bed room. The size is good and big enough for keep opening your luggage.

Loved the location and the room size/amenities - great value for money! Staff were super helpful and the room service was delicious! The only downside was the poor quality of the internet - it was so variable from hour to hour and sometimes I struggled to have any kind of connection. This was a huge issue for me as I required good internet access as I was in Sydney for business/study. It also meant that I couldn't get the Chromecast to link properly because the internet was so poor. If the internet was better, this would've been a 10/10 stay
