Guests may enjoy an early check in (by prior arrangement with management if no prior bookings), and late check out may also be available
Check In Time: 2:00pm Check Out Time: 10:00am

To secure your reservation, a credit card is required at time of booking .
Guests must produce photo ID at check-in that matches the guest name on this booking,
Guests will incur a $50 cleaning charge for rooms left in a dirty condition, dishes not cleaned, BBQ not cleaned, and food scraps left behind. All necessary cleaning equipment is provided for guests to clean up after themselves, just as if it were their own home, so please treat our cottages that way. Bins are also provided for rubbish.
Dry cleaning, guests will be charged for any dry cleaning required, this includes stains on the linen and/or furniture. Minimum $50.00 charge for any stains found on linen or furniture.
Guests will also be required to provide a security deposit (credit/debit card only) at check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charges. If damage to property occurs during your stay, Murray River Spa Retreat management will debit your credit card to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Lost keys will be charged at $40.00 per key to replace.
Early departures will not receive a refund for the remaining nights.
Management accept no responsibility for any valuables left in your room or vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking with more than one weeks notice before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. No refund is provided if less than one weeks notice is provided, unless the cottage can be rebooked for the entire length of stay. No refunds for no shows under any circumstances. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
