Terms & Conditions

Please contact us by phone or email to enquire about availability and bookings for our accommodation in Tasmania. Included in the price is, fully cooked breakfast provisions, homebaked cake, farm tour, bottle of still or sparkling wine and special treats on arrival. The pantry is also stocked well with provisions too. Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. A complimentary provisions list will be sent to you on confirmation of booking.

Payment Policy

Rates are in Australian dollars and include all local taxes. We accept Mastercard, Visa, cash and cheque. Credit card details are required to secure bookings and a 50% deposit must be paid when booking has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is: 75% of deposit will be returned upon cancellation. We are happy to reschedule booking, if required.
