A $1000 security deposit is required prior to check in. This is refundable once the property has been checked for breakages, damages or non adherence to house rules.

Booking Terms

House Rules: Please be aware of the NSW Code of Conduct for guests of STRA. Only bookings for the purpose of a quiet getaway can be accepted. No parties, events or excessive noise at any time. We do not accept school leaver, hens, bucks or parties of any kind. Please be aware of our noise curfew between 10pm and 7am and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property grounds. Sorry we cannot accept any further guests other than those indicated at time of booking.
