Sundecks is a short 200m walk to the Summer-patrolled Emerald Beach and surrounded by national parks. It’s also just a three minute stroll away from the delicious Rattle Restaurant and Bar, Emerald Beach General Store and Wired for Coffee, where you can grab your morning coffee or book in for lunch or dinner.

You will instantly feel at home as you walk up the timber staircase to the main living area on level 2, where the open living area spills onto a fabulous entertaining deck with endless views up the beach to the north. A perfect entertaining area for friends and family to relax and enjoy the vista. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for holiday meals to enjoy in the dining area that seats 10. Whip up a light breakfast to enjoy on the deck at the breakfast bar in the morning sun, pondering the day ahead as you gaze over the ocean. Upstairs on level 3 is a separate retreat lounge with TV, the master suite with queen bed and ensuite as well as a second master bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Both bedrooms open onto a large deck with stunning views. There is also a business centre/ office with printer for anything that can’t wait until you get home.

The thoughtful layout of living areas and bedrooms across the two levels makes for an ideal retreat for families and friends. Find tranquillity reading a book in bed upstairs with a view of the ocean whilst the kids snuggle on the comfy sofa watching TV downstairs.

Emerald Beach is a small, quiet, beachside village 20 km north of Coffs Harbour, with eateries and a bottle shop with groceries so need to get back in the car. The safe swimming beach is popular among local surfers with excellent beach breaks along the southern reef break. It is a perfect holiday destination for families with long or short beach walks along the Look at Me Now headland, playground for the kids, BBQ in the park, and rocks and ocean pools to explore.


Feel like venturing out? Woolgoolga is a short 10km drive to the north, Moonee Beach, Sapphire Beach and Korora are 8km, 10km and 14km drive respectively down South. Coffs Harbour airport and all the shopping and excitement of Coffs Harbour are all within 20 minutes drive.

Local attractions include the Emerald Beach Fair, The Big Banana Fun Park, The Forest Sky Pier in Orara East State Forest, Coffs Jetty and Mutton Bird Island, The Butterfly House, Harbourside Markets, Woolgoolga Markets, Bellingen Markets, Woolgoolga Curryfest, and Woolgoolga Falls.
