High Tea

Enjoy a taste of the country life, with our Beerenberg High Tea

This is no ordinary high tea. Think country charm. Think indulgent. Think ‘this food looks far, far (far) too good to eat’.

Once you arrive at our beautiful family farm nestled in the Adelaide Hills, you will be greeted by our friendly team and served a delicious high tea experience prepared by our Farm Chef, David Bennett.

Each more decadent than the next, you’ll enjoy three tiers of hand-made savoury and sweet creations,  such as strawberry and rose jam tarts and mini sandwiches of smoked salmon and cream cheese with our Balsamic Beetroot Relish. Each dish showcases our delicious Beerenberg products, from fruity jams to tasty chutneys and relishes. 

And of course, a high tea wouldn’t be complete with scones and jam — and our freshly baked, mini heart-shaped scones are guaranteed to leave you feeling special. All served with your choice of T Bar Tea or barista coffee, you’ll walk away with a true taste of country life.

Scone Masterclass

Discover the Art of Scone-Making

Have you ever dreamed of creating perfect, melt-in-your-mouth scones? Your dream can become a reality with Beerenberg’s Scone Masterclass.

Led by Beerenberg’s Executive Farm Chef David Bennett, who will teach you how to create the perfect sweet and savoury scones. Chef David serves 500+ scones a week right here at our Farm Café… so it’s safe to say he knows a thing or two about the perfect scone.

In this class you’ll learn the secrets to achieving the perfect sweet and savoury scone both with an irresistible taste and texture – light, flaky, and utterly irresistible.

Chef David will share his grandmother’s secret recipe which just so happens to be the same one we use right here at the Beerenberg Farm Café.

We'll cover every aspect, from ingredient selection and equipment use to shaping, cutting, and baking. You’ll learn tips for different flavours and add-ins ranging from traditional flavours to modern twists. You’ll gain the confidence and skills to create scones at home anytime.

The class will finish with a freshly baked scones (sweet & savoury) served alongside a selection of Beerenberg jams and condiments. Enjoy a local wine, soft drink or coffee and learn more about Beerenberg products and the names behind the labels, as well as the history of Beerenberg and how we develop new creations.

Beerenberg Product Tasting

A Taste of Beerenberg

Receive a warm country welcome in our farm cafe. Enjoy a local wine or soft drink and settle in with a seasonal locally sourced grazing platter. Learn how we develop new creations and sample a variety of products from across our range. If you’re lucky you may even get to taste pre-release products and share your thoughts on future flavour combinations products.

You will begin with a savoury platter, then enjoy our famous scones with a selection of Beerenberg jams and cream and finish with a taste of our house made ice cream
