Each season offers a different lens through which to see the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven. In Autumn explore local villages, enjoy wine harvest, see the changing amber and golden hues of our hiking trails, forage for mushrooms. Winter brings roaring fires, whisky tastings, truffle hunts, Feast of the Beast in the forest and Winterfest. By Spring we have major events across the region and wild edible weed foraging. These quickly leads into Summer when swimming in waterfalls and on unspoilt beaches beckons followed by cool climate wine tasting.
