Format - Interactive - Part hands on and part demonstration, with lots of tips and tricks from our chefs during class.
Work together in small groups with your chef and classmates to master each recipe. At the end of the class, take off your apron, grab a glass of wine and sit down with your classmates to enjoy the masterpiece you have created. Classes are suited to all level of skills.

I joined the Morocco class as I have some of Ottolenghi's books and wanted to learn a more simplified version. I wasn't disappointed. Also to get a bit of a feel maybe for our forthcoming trip to Morocco!
I hadn't met Chef Shep before. He is a very competent chef and teacher. I thought he was terrific. He was cheery, direct, and really great with his instruction and tips. Really helpful.
Showing us things like 3 ways to deal with garlic, with what and why. Dealing with tomatoes in different dishes and segmenting citrus and pomegranate. Why different spices were added to whatever and best way to achieve moist slow cooked lamb. He talked about using fatty pieces of meat or poultry, about the pulses and easy ways to cook and the importance of home cooked stock as opposed to Mr Campbell's! Many more tips that I wish I had noted. Have had a small practice and am hoping to surprise friends with the lamb later in the week.
The meal was delicious and the company was great. Any time you have Shep return I would hope to be there.

Excellent experience for my twin boys. They really enjoy the junior chef classes offered by Food I Am; Staff are amazing and the master chef are nice and professional. We will join the chef classes whenever available....hope there will be more!
This was a perfectly curated and carefully considered Northern Italy experience that delighted the taste buds, stimulated the mind and generated huge appreciation for Italian food. We loved the Food I Am tour experience because the tours take you to places less touristy and really expose you to a truly local experience.

We recently attended the Long Italian Lunch with Luke Piccolo. We made it our belated work Christmas do. All the staff really enjoyed it, apart from learning lots of helpful tips from a great teacher, we got to sit and enjoy a delicious feast at the end in a lovely setting. We would highly recommend food I am and Luke Piccolo (we hope to visit his restaurant Limone in the future).
What an amazing venue! Definitely has a five-star rating as it was an international level of hospitality. The service was very attentive considering we were celebrating a 90th birthday. Nothing but positive comments from all the guests, stating they had the most wonderful time with world-class food and service. We couldn't speak more highly of the Food I am team and business. I came to Wagga Wagga expressly to do a cooking class at Food I Am. I have been to quite a few cooking classes and I have to say, today's Seafood Masterclass at Food I Am was one of the best.
We had an excellent afternoon at Foodiam. The food, venue and Nerida's organisation were amazing. Dad loved it and it certainly made the whole experience much less stressful for Mum than having it at the farm. The guests all commented on how wonderful the venue was and delicious the food was. We'll definitely be back, hopefully for a cooking class sometime soon.
Thanks to the whole team on making Dad's 80th such a great event for everyone.

The whole event was fantastic from start to finish. Drinks list, food, service, entertainment and the venue itself. Not even the rain could put a dampener on the day. And that Joann Heeney … legend.
What stood out to me was the great mix of different ladies I had the chance to meet and talk with. It’s quite difficult to find ‘open’ events where different friendship and professional networks can mingle.

The Sunday cooking class was A M A Z I N G !!! Shep is a fabulous Chef, he’s gentle, patient, informative and excellent at explaining everything.

Before heading out to Nu-Lumeah, I had heard such positive feedback from people I’d spoken to in the past, they may have been attending a wedding there or knew someone who had. I wanted to see it for myself and see what all the hype was about.
From the moment I set foot into this venue I knew it was where I wanted to get married.
I did the grazing table.. an awesome experience., food was delicious as well as the wine.. I will definitely be back..
Oh where do I even start, the team at Nu-Lumeah are absolutely amazing !! We had several false starts due to covid and they couldn’t be more accommodating for our several date changes.
The food, the staff and the wonderful Nerida made our day AMAZING and stress free, the atmosphere and view is unlike no other. I’m sad that the day is over because I’d love to be married out there every weekend. Cannot recommend enough.
Make various traditional dishes coming from Mexico City and surrounding regions rich in flavour, colour and spice. Traditional Ceviche, modern tacos and of course a delicious Margarita cheesecake mousse for dessert.
