A morning with Ms Margot starts at 7AM with barista made coffee and gourmet breakfast. Stroll in and find a sunny spot nearby the window to cozy up with a coffee and order from our breakfast menu.
EAT & DRINK, ALL DAY
For lunch and dinner, we invite you to experience our all-day dining which features share style tapas and larger main meals, all complemented by an array of delicious sides and salads. Our all-day dining menu is available to order anytime from 11am, right through to 8pm.
Our menu was designed by Hilton Surfers Paradise executive chef Kathy Tindall, who draws inspiration from cuisines around the world.
To drink, the bar showcases the award-winning Sydney Brewery Craft Beers and Ciders on tap and an impressive array of classic and specialty cocktails – our promise is that you won’t be leaving thirsty but you will leave feeling good.

Book your table to enjoy Ms Margot’s Signature High Tea or for extra sparkle, our Par-Tea High Tea, available from 11:30AM – 3:00PM, everyday at Ms Margot’s Bar & Eats at 6 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
Ms Margot’s was created as a place for guests to relax, indulge and connect and our Signature High Tea offers just that.
Inspired by guest favourite’s from our all-day dining menu, our High Tea features a selection of savory treats including our soft-shell crab bao, pumpkin arancini, and halloumi with pickled fig.
For the sweet tooth, macarons, chocolate salted caramel cups and freshly baked petite cakes, and scones are sure to delight.
To drink, the Signature High Tea menu includes the premium Dilmah Vivid Tea selection, barista-made Vittoria coffee. For our Par-Tea High Tea menu enjoy Dilmah Vivid Tea selection, barista-made Vittoria coffee and a glass of Heidsieck & Co Monopole Champagne!

In the mood to try something new? Our speciality cocktail menu is a real crowd pleaser. With something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds – from fresh to spicy, sour to sweet, take a seat at our cocktail bar and watch us work our magic.
Our signature cocktail is the Ms Margo-Rita, a take on the classic margarita with Olmeca Reposado Tequila, lime juice and ruby grapefruit juice, blended on ice. Absolutely divine!
