Property and Cancelation Policies :
When notice of cancellation is given by email to info@thecoachmanskilodge.com more than two calendar months prior to the guest arriving a full refund is permitted less a cancellation fee of $100 per person.
When cancellations are made less than two months prior to the guest arriving no refund will be permitted. All moneys paid will be forfeited therefore travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Terms and Conditions
- Rates are per person and include dinner, bed and breakfast (no refund for meals not taken).
- Children (0-14 years) will eat at 6pm and it will be a set menu as shown on the Menu Board each day. This meal will NOT be held over in order for your child to eat that meal with the adults at 7pm.
- Adults (15+ years) will eat at 7pm, Entree and Dessert are OPTIONAL. If you have an issue with the main course as shown on the Menu Board for that day please explain the issue in the book located below the Menu Board before 10am and we will endeavour to substitute it with something else.
- Children who would like to eat an adult meal at the same time as their parents may do so for an additional fee of $30 per day. This must be organised at the prior to or on arrival for your reservation.
- “B” Shareholders with dependent children and any two independent children (15 years and older) may be included in a family booking at shareholder rate if staying at the same time as the shareholder. Spouses and immediate families of the independent children will be charged at friends of shareholder rate.
- “A” Shareholders with dependent children and any two independent children (15 years and older) and their respective immediate families may book at shareholder rates for the same time or at a different period of time to the shareholder.
- Nominees are maximum of two independent adult children and will receive a special nominee code in order to book.
- Single room supplements will be at the adult rate plus 25%.
- Children from 0 – 4 years pay $50 per day --- Normal children’s rate apply for children from 5 – 14 years.
- Car Park bookings are essential. Parking must be booked and paid for at the time accommodation is booked, subject to availability parking is on a first in basis and is limited to one car space per room. Alternative arrangements may be made by parking at Sponars, Sawpit Creek or Bullocks Flats. Vehicles are required to be removed from the Coachman Car Park by 9.30 am on the day you are leaving.
- Bookings may be made for low, shoulder and peak periods at any time they are available with a minimum of 2 nights.
- Credit card facilities are available (Visa, Mastercard and Amex)
- Online telephone and email bookings will be taken but a 50% deposit must be paid upon booking. If a deposit is not received within 7 days of making the reservation, your booking will be cancelled.
- Bookings will not be confirmed until paid in full. Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Any change to a confirmed booking will incur a $50 fee for every change, so please make sure your booking is correct.
- National Park Entry Fees must be paid and displayed to cover your period of stay if you are using our car park, otherwise National Park fines will be imposed daily.
