Property and Cancelation Policies :
We take your first nights (or only nights) room fee as a deposit. This means that if you are only staying with us for one night you will pay for your accommodation at the time of your booking. If you are staying for multiple nights, we will charge the outstanding balance upon your checking out. You will receive a tax invoice once this happens.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will forfeit their deposit.
High Demand Cancellation Policy - Long Weekends & Special Events • Minimum stay 2 nights
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in date forfeit the deposit for the first night.
1st and 2nd March 2024, 3rd and 4th May 2024, 4th to the 7th October 2024, 20th December 2024 to the 2nd January 2025.
Bookings cancelled during a stay forfeit the remainder of the accommodation booking cost total if the nights are unable to be resold.
Terms and Conditions
- All rates are in Australian dollars and subject to availability
- Deposit is received at the time of booking with the balance due on or prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.
- Check in time is from 2pm. Check out is 10am Late check outs are subject to availability
- Children under the age of five are free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Parking is available on site and free of charge
- Special events and peak periods have additional cancellation terms and increased length of stay
- Valid credit card details are required at the time of booking for all reservations
- Pets are STRICTLY NOT permitted on the property. If you are found to have a pet on the property, you will be removed immediately with no refund and a cleaning fee of $150 will apply,
- NO Cooking is allowed in the Rooms
- All rooms are non smoking
- Should rooms be left in an undesirable state, additional cleaning fees may be charged at an amount determined at the General Manager discretion.
