Made To Thrive endeavours to accurately display and describe our services online. If you are unhappy with your float therapy session or other services offered, we will communicate with you in an effort to understand why and work out an amicable solution.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late arrival for a float may require us to shorten the length of your session, with full charges applied. No show for an appointment/booking without prior cancellation may incur full session charges. There are no refunds for gift vouchers, packages or memberships.

Made To Thrive will only accept a cancellation of a float session with a full refund if 24 hours or more notice is given prior to the float appointment time.
