Printhie Dining epitomises the essence of destination dining in the heart of the Orange region wine country, drawing inspiration from the rich agricultural history of the Swift family. Our menus are crafted with a focus on quality, simplicity and thoughtful preparation, prioritising the integrity of the produce and its flavours. We are committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from our property or from trusted regional producers and purveyors, with some treasures even foraged from the surrounding forests.

We welcome guests for lunch Thursday through Sunday, from 12 pm until the last booking at 2 pm.

Indulge in our four-course degustation menu priced at $130 per person.

To secure your reservation, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final bill. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours. Kindly note that we do not offer a children's menu, and all patrons are charged the same rate.

Each reservation is for a two-hour sitting starting from the booking time, ensuring a relaxed and delightful dining experience for all our guests.
