Check in time is 3 pm on day of arrival. Early arrival before 3 p.m. is subject to availability on day of arrival (but we will try our best). Check out time is 10.30 am on the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability on day of departure.
Late check out is subject to availability on day of departure. Payment and deposit information: All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking, balance will be charged one week before arrival. Minimum cancellation notice is 21 days or refund is subject to cabin being rebooked and an AUD 85 cancellation or change of date fee applies. No refunds will be given for early checkouts or no show.
With all the uncertainties these days we recommend seeking domestic travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies. This is often provided by your credit card provider or can be found online.
For Easter, Christmas and long weekend full payment must be made 21 days prior to arrival.

Travel Insurance - Given the recent events we have all been facing from bushfire to Covid we recommend that guests seek domestic travel insurance; to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.  Many credit cards have built in travel insurance.  There are many policies available on-line, some with multi-trip over a year for domestic travel.

For Easter, Christmas Holiday period & long weekends nights, full payment must be paid by 22 days prior to arrival. 

If a Catastrophic Danger Rating is declared for the time of your expected stay by RFS, management reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety. Monies paid will be held for a future booking to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the guest and management.

Direct debit and EFT into Bluegums bank account is an option.
