A valid Credit Card required at the time of booking to ensure Room availability is guaranteed on arrival.

All cancellations or amendments to reservations must be received by way of email or phone. Reservations canceled after 2.00 pm the day before your booked arrival date will forfeit 1 nights’ accommodation.
No Shows are charged the full reservation value as the cancellation fee.

All reservations are guaranteed with the credit card used in the online reservation.

If the credit card is not valid, the Milgate Motel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Payments made by American Express will attract a 3.5% surcharge.  

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made direct to the Milgate Motel

If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to 2.00pm on the date of arrival, no cancellation fee applies.

If a cancellation is made inside 24 hours prior to 2.00pm on the booked date of arrival, a cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation will apply.

There is NO SMOKING inside the guest rooms of the Milgate Motel. 

If a guest does smoke in a room, the Milgate Motel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee, even if the guest has departed.
