This OFF SEASON, as the clock strikes 8 pm on Saturday, the world outside fades away as the blinds descend and the door closes, revealing a hidden realm reserved for those with the secret key. Step into a world where freezing cheeks sting from the warmth, ears are pricked by brass, tunes and glasses clinking, and eyes widen to the flickering candles and lamplight.

The beating heart of the bar beckons you. Dapper bartenders move with graceful efficiency, their brows glistening. Suddenly, you’re noticed—a warm grin and a drink list appear in your hand.
You are transported by drinks and fare that will warm you from the inside out. Blanket yourself in the company of kindred spirits seeking refuge from the winter cold.

STELO AT PIERRE’S INTRODUCES

DINNER WITH FRIENDS; Local produce through the lens of Emilia-Romagna.

This autumn and winter, Stelo explores Tasmanian’s indigenous and local produce from Tasmania through the lens of Emilia Romagna.
Through a series of monthly events we will host Dinner with Friends. On the first s Saturady of the month we join with local artisanal producers close to Stelo’s hearts and feast with you on our long family table.

You will dine on four courses carefully curated by the people who have formed special unions over excellent produce and service and a love for all things Tasmanian at their long family table.

Embark on a culinary journey this autumn and winter with Stelo, where you can discover the rich flavors of Tasmanian indigenous and local produce, presented through the lens of Emilia Romagna. Join us for a series of monthly events that celebrate the union of Tasmanian ingredients and Italian culinary tradition.

On the first Saturday of each month, we invite you to be a part of our “Dinner with Friends” experience. It’s an intimate gathering where we come together with local artisanal producers who hold a special place in Stelo’s heart. Gather around our communal long table as we feast on a four-course menu meticulously crafted by individuals who share a deep appreciation for Tasmania’s bounty and a commitment to excellence in both produce and service.
