A two hour drive north of Sydney, Newcastle is Australia’s second oldest city known around the world for its beautiful beaches, laid back attitudes and as being the heart of the Hunter Valley, which is picturesque country with amazing wineries. Lambton is one of Newcastle’s most central and desirable suburbs. It is a brief trip to the major shopping centres, entertainment venues, major business districts or the gorgeous beaches, with readily available public transport. Lambton Park Cottage has easy access to local rail stations, local airport and the port of Newcastle. One of Australia’s most prestigious music venues, Lizotte’s Newcastle, is within walking distance, as are local stores and Lambton Park. We are also minutes from McDonald Jones Stadium & Hockey centre for major sporting events and Newcastle Entertainment Centre. It is also particularly close to the major hospitals (John Hunter Hospital) and the University of Newcastle.

Sleeping six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage has enough room for your whole group or family. There are two queen bedrooms, main with ensuite and a twin room with two single beds. All linen is provided including towels. Large eat in kitchen, seperate dining and lounge room with ducted air conditioning throughout. There are two very functional bathrooms and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer.
