**Construction Special March - November 2024** Receive 10% off our standard rates during the month of March 2024 and 30% off during April to November. Our building is being re-clad on the outside, there will be noise Monday to Friday between 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am-1pm. Perfect for guests travelling for work! No renovations are being done inside the apartment, all work is external to the building. During March the back will be done, this is only our back bedroom windows and the disturbance will be minimal. April to November the front of the apartment will be completed which will affect the view from the balcony.
