Additionally, Georgetown's High Street is a short 5-minute walk away, boasting cafes and bakeries for your morning coffee fix or a sweet treat. For those needing to work from home, there is a desk available for your convenience. Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Georgetown, Settler’s Sanctuary is just a 10-minute drive from Newcastle CBD, beaches, and the picturesque harbour. The convenience doesn't end there – you'll find Waratah Village Shopping Centre a mere 2-minute drive or a pleasant 9-minute walk away, featuring Coles and Kmart for all your shopping needs. There is a bus stop nearby which takes you to the CBD or Merewether Beach, Waratah train station is 1km away. We understand that pets are family too, which is why we welcome dogs to Settler’s Sanctuary. The backyard is grassed, fenced, and features some undercover area, providing a safe and secure space for your furry friends to roam. We kindly ask that you clean up after your dogs and do not leave them inside the house unattended while you're out.
