The Sol Collective is a space where everyone is welcome- come as you are leave a little more closely connected to yourself. We truly practice what we preach which is simple “your practice is yours, there is no judgement, take what you need- always.” The Sol Co. was born out of a place of love and most importantly connection; connection to self and others is at the core of our mission.
The Sol Collective is not just a yoga space— it’s the heart and soul of our teachers, guests, students, and community. It’s years of dreaming up a what a space “for all” should look and feel like and whether online, in person, or beyond, we welcome you and hope you find a piece of comfort here.
