Beaches, Tweed River Mouth, Jack Evans Boat Harbour, Razorback Lookout, Twin Towns RSL, Tweed Heads Bowls Club, Tenpin Bowls, Timezone, Hospital, Library, Tweed Auditorium, and dozens of Restaurants and Cafes
While Tweed and Coolangatta attractions are in walking distance most of our guests arrive by car. In an hours drive you can reach Brisbane to the North or Byron Bay to the South. On the way North you can visit Lamington and Springbrook national parks or the Gold Coast theme parks like Movie World, Dream World, WetnWild, and Sea World. To the South is the Tweed Coast, Murwillumbah, Mt Warning or the world heritage listed Border Ranges.
We are easy to find on Wharf St, the main street of Tweed Heads, directly opposite the Tweed Heads Bowls Club. We are a five minute taxi trip from the Gold Coast airport.
No stupid portal. We offer an unrestricted WiFi connection up to the speed of our Broadband connection through a distributed network of Access Points. You don't have to camp at Reception to get a signal.
All our beds feature a pillow top mattress special designed for the accommodation industry by AH beard.
Our 60inch (150cm) smart TVs are connected to our network and do Smart TV things but you can watch regular TV as well. HDMI inputs allow you to connect your own devices
The Smart TVs have a Netflix and Youtube hot button on the remote and we have provided you with a Netflix account sign-in for convenience. If you want to use your own streaming service accounts please connect your own device via the HTMI port.
All rooms feature a kitchenette space with the usual whitegoods. There is also plates and cutlery but no cooking equipment (other than microwaving).
A Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine from Nescafe is available and we provide a few sample pods on arrival. Additional pods can be purchased from the vending machine in the Reception space.
Our Airconditioners are split cycle with the compressor part outside the property making them whisper quiet inside the room. In winter they can be reversed and used as a heater.
Each room has a remote control operated ceiling fan in addition to an airconditioner
There is a work desk and chair in each room with a four gang power point for your devices.
There is lounge seating for two people either as a couch or two armchairs.
Most rooms feature a coffee table in front of the couch but some room have table and chairs instead
There is one dedicated parking bay adjacent to your room. If you bring a second vehicle or trailer you will need to contact Reception in advance to see if a second parking spot may be available. Otherwise there is convenient street parking in front of the motel and nearby.

All our rooms have a walk in shower. Our Spa rooms also feature a separate large Spa tub big enough for two friendly people
Our Reception area has been converted into a guest-only amenities space. If you need additional Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Shampoo, Soap, Towels etc you can access our Reception area with your room key 24 hours.
We are a five minute walk to the Tweed Mall supermarkets and several petrol stations but sometimes you just want a snack. Yummy comfort food is available from the Vending machine in our Reception space. This machine does not take coins or cash. Credit or Debit Card only
A BBQ and dining space is available at our pool area. Utensils are availabel from the reception space.
Guests may use our Electric Vehicle chargers. Pay for charging through the Exploren charging app. Note these are AC style chargers not DC Fast chargers but they will provide a maximum AC charge for your EV (22kW)
You can use your room key to access our free guest laundry between 8am and 7pm.

* All check-ins are now unattended. On the day of arrival you will receive a txt message letting you know your room is ready and an arrival code. (Your room may be ready before 2pm it just depends on how busy we are) Enter that code into the keybox in the driveway and it will dispense your room key. You can arrive at any time after you have received your arrival code.
We have a no fee cancellation policy up to two days before your arrival date. A deposit is taken for the first night of your stay and this is the cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations. The remainder of your booking will be charged on arrival.
Payment must be made in advance by Visa/Mastercard Dedit/Credit card. Not EFTPOS, not CASH. A Tax Invoice will be sent to you by email if you have provided an email address.
