About this event

Christmas is a special time of year when friends and family come together, give thanks and celebrate. So why not do it twice a year?

Christmas in July will be back in 2024 on Saturday 6th July at the Queanbeyan Showground with all the cosy delights of a mid-year winter gathering and we want you to be there.

Enjoy the premier Christmas in July event in Canberra and Queanbeyan, complete with over 100 unique market stalls, belly-filling foods and the Caroloke competition (Carols… Karaoke… See what we did there?), as well as other on-site competitions and activities from Christmas wrapping competitions to a dedicated kids’ play area and much more.

Tour the 100+ stalls for arts and crafts, gourmet treats and wine, handmade Christmas gifts and seasonal vendors, and enjoy a range of performances on the main stage throughout the day.

The QPRC Christmas in July is proudly delivered by Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council.
