The nightly rates we charge are the same across all online booking platforms, however you can avoid paying service fees that are charged by the other platforms. At last check, Airbnb charge guests a 15.5% service fee, Riparide charge a 14.3% service fee and Stayz charge a 12.94%
For bookings cancelled at least 14 days prior to check-in, 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% will be refunded. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
If the booking is made through an online booking platform like Airbnb, Riparide or Stayz then the cancellation policy for that platform will apply.
