Extras

* Minimum 2 day hire (A day is a calendar day rather than a 24hr period spanning multiple days)
* Photo identification is required (drivers license or passport)
* Credit card details are required for security (Visa or Mastercard)
* Hire bikes are not to be ridden on gravel roads (excluding gravel bikes) or beach sand.
* Hire bikes are not to be transported to regions outside greater Adelaide or interstate.
* Hirer cycles at his/her own risk
* Ride within your own limits and keep gaps between riders
* A bicycle helmet must be worn at all times whilst riding
* Be aware of brake controls (front is right hand - rear is left hand)
* Road rules must be obeyed whilst riding

Bike Cover (Optional)
* Hirer is liable for breakages, loss or theft of bike and equipment if bike cover is not requested
* Bike cover protects the hirer against bike theft or damage to the bike
* In the event of bike theft the hirer is liable, but limited to the excess amount
* In the event of damage to the bike the hirer is liable, but limited to the excess amount or cost of repair. Which ever is the lowest.
* Hire bikes are not to be used in criterium style bike races. Bike cover is voided in this circumstance.

Refunds
* The bike hire fee is 100% refundable when a bike hire is cancelled anytime before delivery to the hirers accommodation, except for bike hires for Tour Down Under
* A limited refund will apply if the hirer cancels their bike hire at the time when Adelaide Bike Hire arrives at the hirers accommodation, even if the bike has not been ridden.
* A limited refund will apply if the hirer cancels their bike hire for the Tour Down Under and an alterative hirer is not able to be sourced by Adelaide Bike Hire

Additional Fees
* If the hirers accommodation is located outside the city and surrounding suburbs, an additional delivery fee may apply for the additional delivery travel time.
* If the hirer books the wrong type or size of bike, which is then delivered by Adelaide Bike Hire, an additional fee may apply for Adelaide Bike Hire to make a second delivery with an alternative bike.
* If the hirer returns the hire bike late, an additional fee may apply.
