Seahorse Medicine Cafe for Growing Humans.

  • Dream it.

It all began with a dream when a friend woke up one morning and said, “You have Seahorse Medicine”. After writing many animal poems for kids for a book titled “Seahorse Medicine for Growing Humans” I decided that would be the perfect name for Guyra’s only vegetarian and vegan restaurant with the intent to provide healthy, delicious and nutritious food as an alternative to the “Standard Australian Diet”.

Along with delicious food we have raw smoothies, a range of teas and the “best coffee in Guyra” with our Bastion Lane espresso roasted in the heritage Uki Post Office.

  • Eat it.

Our Menu is vegetarian and vegan with an occasional fish special.

During the cold times there is always a daily soup available as well as home baked bread.

Then for light meals try one of our free range egg omelettes or just one of our healthy smoothies will be enough to fill you up.

If you just want a snack then we also have a range of raw organic slices made with nuts and homemade chocolate.

  • Cook it.

It all begins with a hungry tummy. Maybe you want a business lunch or something intimate with a friend. Maybe you want to try our fresh smoothies or a glass of fresh Apple, Beetroot, Carrot, Celery and Ginger juice. Or maybe you feel like a tasty breakfast and want to try one of our delicious omelettes. If it is a cold day there are a range of soups served with our home baked bread.

  • Sell it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want a ladies lunch launch. Maybe you want a delicious coffee or a healthy snack. Or maybe your tummy is rumbling. Whatever it is, what you eat will make a difference. .
