A personalised breakfast experience begins with an international menu and is completed by an egg and pancake live cooking station that allows you to define your very own signature dish. A modern twist to a traditional buffet experience, the interactive dining menu includes an array of salads, vegetables, antipasto, seafood, roasts and a grill selection abound with our chef’s signature dishes enlivened by Indigenous flavours. For dessert, enjoy a rich, cascading and creamy chocolate fountain served alongside an intercontinental selection of mouth-watering sweet treats.
