Single level home combines traditional and modern features. 5 outdoor steps to reach the front door. Open plan living and kitchen, two bedrooms are down the hallway with shared bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub and vanity.
Kitchen is traditional style yet functional with new ceramic cooktop, large fridge, large pantry and all appliances you need for a comfortable stay.
New furniture throughout and new bed in master bedroom.
Large outdoor covered entertainment area in the back, and fully fenced garden.

We use a rotating pantry in which you find all basics and more, so you do not have to take every single item! Kindly share and replace.

Pets to be kept on the tiled areas and outdoors please, pets are not allowed on the lounges and beds. Thank you for your understanding.

THE AREA – WALK TO BEACH, CAFES AND SHOPS
Bonny Hills and the Port Macquarie area all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November.
Bartlett's Beach is a beautiful sheltered bay, great for collecting shells, playing on the rocks, swimming and boogie boarding. Patrolled Rainbow beach, surf break, shops and and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Jungarra Crescent has a pharmacy and cafe and Bonny View Store is a convenience store with takeaway store.
Lake Cathie heart with cafe's, restaurants, tavern, and shopping centre is 8 kilometres down the road. Lake Cathie is a small, easy going, coastal town and has no traffic lights.
Port Macquarie CBD is 30 minutes drive (25.5km), Port Macquarie airport 30 minutes drive (32km)
So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your Bonny Hills holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.

How to reach the property

YOUR HOLIDAY RENTAL HOUSE IN BONNY HILLS, NSW 2445 (MID-NORTH COAST) - 862 Ocean Drive

From Sydney take the M1 North towards Newcastle/Taree/Brisbane. Take the Kew/Laurieton exit and start following coastal route 10. You will pass through Lakewood (big supermarket on your left), at Laurieton take a left towards North Haven/Bonny Hills/Port Macquarie. In Bonny Hills once you see the Post Office on your right hand side slow down, the property is a few houses down on your right hand side.

From Brisbane take the Lake Cathie/ Bonny Hills exist at the M1 and follow the Bonny Hills signs. Once in Bonny Hills keep driving along Ocean Drive towards North Haven, once you pass Reflections caravan park on your left and then Joran Ave on your left you are almost there, the house is on your left hand side after Jordan Ave, straight across from Crave Cafe and the Pharmacy at Jungarra Crescent.

To ensure our properties are treated fairly, guests are required to agree to abide by our House Rules by electronically signing our Registration Form regarding a Security Bond prior to arrival. The Security Bond for this property is: 300.00 AUD($) .

Booking Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand things can happen beyond your control. We strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for all and will assess your situation and options available. Our general refund policy:

  • Grace period 24 hours  Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge for bookings made on our direct booking website*. 
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge
  • Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival incur a loss of deposit, generally 50% of the total rate of your booking. If we can secure a new booking for the dates that you cancelled we will refund your monies paid to date minus 25% of total booking fee as admin fee and any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites*.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a loss of full payment. If we can secure a new booking we will refund your monies paid minus a 25% admin fee plus any cost recovery charges for third party travel sites and any discounts given to new guests to secure the new booking.
  • * Reservations made via third party on-line travel sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz may incur cost recovery charges for booking fees and commissions that these sites still charge us when you cancel.

  • COVID-19: If government introduces a travel ban, major events are cancelled which are out of your and our control we will assess your situation, automatically rebook you for a future date free of charge, or apply a more lenient cancellation rule, we refund 75% and keep 25% of total charge as admin cancellation fee. If you only made your booking recently since the outbreak of the virus you were aware of the risks

When booking with us you agree to our house rules. Common sense applies i.e. keep the property tidy upon departure, notify us of any damages, excess (cleaning) charges may apply when rules are not met.
