Our lovely stone-fronted Cellar Door in the Hunter Valley is an excellent place to get a feel for the diversity and quality of our range and the flavours of the region. We have a variety of wines on tasting from all of our vineyards, including our range of Premium Fortifieds the iconic De Bortoli Noble One and our very own Hunter Valley single vineyard releases of Chardonnay, Shiraz and Rosé.
Our welcoming Cellar Door Team are experienced in the food and wine industry and are ready to not just pour you a great taste of wine but to have an entertaining (and somewhat educational!) chat with you about it too. A fantastic selection of food is also available to complement your tasting experience.

For just $10 per person you can sample an extensive range of De Bortoli Wines. (Redeemable on
purchase of a bottle of wine, not including wine on special offers).

A quality selection of food items are available from Roberto’s Gourmet Dispensa 7 days a week.

Available 7 days a week, you can indulge in a selection of local and imported cheeses, a variety of olives and charcuterie items to compliment your De Bortoli wine tasting experience.
Feeling just a little bit peckish? A variety of crisps including white truffle and Spanish Jamon are available for a touch of indulgence.
A selection of beers from local brewer Maltnhops ($8 each) or one of our adorable mini-bottles of De Bortoli wine ($7.50 each) can be purchased for consumption in the cellar door or outside in the courtyard.
A fine selection of gourmet Mediterranean produce (saffron, porcini, truffle oil, pasta & pasta sauce,pate & terrine etc) is also available for takeaway purchase if you are looking at a night in during your Hunter Valley stay.

De Bortoli Wines’ Hunter Valley Estate includes 34 hectares near Pokolbin, the gateway to Hunter Valley Wine Country. There is an onsite winery and barrel room at the main property and a cellar door building, open daily for tastings that highlight the variety in our range from across our Estates.
Based in the Yarra Valley Locale is the expression of our Italian heritage and Tuileries is synonymous with the Rutherglen wine region.
Tuileries at De Bortoli Rutherglen is the only accommodation in town overlooking a vineyard.
