Kahuna Bodywork is great for anyone feeling physically, emotionally or mentally exhausted or overwhelmed and is in need of a thorough bodywork treatment. 60 or 90 minute sessions available.

During a remedial session I use a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, stretching, mobilisation and relaxation to tailor a massage to suit your unique body and needs. Lymphatic drainage and cupping can also be included in the session. This style of massage treats specific areas of tension, pain and injury and/or general body aches and muscular tightness. 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions available. 

Cupping is a therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine techniques. I work with cups to release and lengthen the fascia (or connective tissue) of the body. This helps create space for underlying muscles and increases the circulation of blood & lymphatic fluid. Cupping also has a detoxifying effect and helps the tissues to release stagnations. Some circular marking can result from the treatment which may last between 2 - 10 days approximately. Cupping can be easily added into a remedial massage session.

Nourish yourself during this very special time and feel supported and nurtured as you and your baby grow together. Pregnancy is a time where our bodies are even more in need of bodywork, as they stretch and expand to accommodate new life. It’s also a time to nourish our emotional bodies and keep stress levels to a minimum. I offer a full body treatment, using the side lying position for pregnancy and work with the unique needs of your body and your baby during this time. 60 or 90 minute sessions available.

Explore your subconscious and inner world through a guided breathwork journey. During a 1:1 session we have a chat about where you’re at, what’s up in your life right now and what’s calling you to the session.
