Cancellation Policy
We understand circumstances can change, we have a very flexible booking policy depending on your circumstance. If you are unable to travel due to covid 19 lockdowns or border restrictions we can transfer your booking to another time or offer a full refund.
If you are unable to travel due to other circumstances, we offer a full refund up to 14 days before your arrival date and 50% refund up to 7 days, can change your trip dates at any time up to 7 days before your arrival without charge. Within 7 days of your intended arrival there is a $200 processing fee.
