Our property is located on the far south coast of NSW in the town of Eden at the top of Nethercote Falls. Come and pitch your tent at any one of our several large, grassy sites along the beautiful Yowaka River. We have around 1km of river frontage right near the campsites, which has lots of swimming holes to enjoy. The property also has 3-4km of walking tracks on the property. There is plenty of wildlife all over the property and lots of native birds. We are a short walk from the beautiful Nethercote falls but please be aware that the walk to the falls can be challenging with some rock scrambling and climbing over logs. We are a 15 minute drive to both Eden and Pambula which both have stunning beaches, great cafes and shop access for all your camping needs. We have a pit toilet available and we are pet friendly but pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided and firewood can be purchased at a small additional cost (see extras). One of the best camp sites we’ve been to. Quiet, lovely hosts and a pristine river that runs along in to Nethercote falls which Mick so kindly took our group on the tour. Would definitely go back and recommend!

A glorious idyll

Yowaka River Camp is a glorious idyll where the bush and gentle babble of the flowing river became my soundtrack for reading beside a morning and late afternoon fire with my dog, plunging into cold clear water and wandering along the river. The property and camp sites are beautifully situated and when you meet your welcoming and friendly hosts you'll understand the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into them sharing their property so you can experience it's beauty without a care.

Yowaka River Camp

Cheryle and Mick were excellent hosts. The instructions to get there were easy to understand. The setting is very peaceful and the river was lovely. The falls are an excellent playground. The facilities were clean and tidy, and the surroundings were well maintained. Thank you, we’d love to come back!
