Leah spent 3 weeks filming on Channel 7s hit reality TV show in late 2020. Enjoy this clip of Leah sharing her passion for cold training by getting Farmer Rob into the icy waters of the Thredbo River.

Leah shares a deeply personal story how how swimming in sub-zero waters saved her.

Journalist Courtney Thompson took up the challenge and attended the Wild Things Anatomy Retreat in June 2021. Read her account of how she reconnected with and learned to appreciate the strength of her mind & body.

In preparation for this grueling reality TV show, Leah trained 2021 contestant; celebrity chef and restauranteur, Manu Feildel, in the Snowy Mountains of Australia.

Encompassing my journey when I first started swimming in the Thredbo River, our alienation from nature, the Wim Hof Method finding me and my Wild Things Anatomy retreats; I’m really proud to have written this article.
