I arrived and was given a key after being booked in and also asked them to give me a wake up call at 4.30am and that key was 503, i took the key and lift to level 5 and entered room 503 to find that the room had not been cleaned. I want downstairs to reception and told them and they gave me another room key which had two beds. I went down to them again and was given another key which was good. But i wasn't given a wake up call and nearly missed my flight

We arrived at very early hours of the morning, roughly 12.30am and were greeted with nothing but warm welcomes. I had the most random request letting the concierge know we had just come from a wedding and I needed a hair tie. He searched everywhere regardless of the odd request and time of day and found me one thankfully! We also got evacuated due to a fire alarm going off however he was so apologetic and kind. His kindness is noticed and goes a long way!
