I have been staying at Accor for many years now and I have used the FAMFRIENDS code as my friend worked for them. I have never been questioned or had to give any further information until now. I am not upset that you require the information, I just think that on this occasion I should have been still given the discount and just provided information that for the future I would need to provide the employees name and location for future bookings. I found the staff member very unaccommodating. This upset me and I will no longer stay with Accor for this reason. Not my problem if you have allowed us to use this code for this long. It’s still putting people into your hotels and using your facilities.

The staff were absolutely incredible and so helpful the location is absolutely ideal if you want to walk into the harbour or have a good venture out into Surrey hills if you don’t mind a decent walk. Can order just about anything from Uber eats the location is that good it picks up everything can’t wait to stay again
