We have been to Mantra Salt many times over the years and unfortunately it has become run down and tired. Rooms were ok but in need of a makeover. Couldn't get a trundle bed for my little daughter. We couldn't get any lunch or food around the pool and the spa was broken.

Great resort, but aging

We had an ocean view spa suite, the only issue was you could not see the ocean and it should've been called the "Carpark view spa suite". The bed was quite uncomfortable and after staying here on and off for over 10 years and not much changing within the rooms, it is time for a little revamp. Staff were fantastic as usual.

Seriously great break from life

We stayed 3 nights and walked all the paths, did Parkrun which stats at the back door on Saturdays, went to most of the coffee shops and restaurants as well as did a few day tips around the sights and places of the Northern Rivers. Such a quiet resort and we had a great break.

Lovely place, but did not enjoy the unsoundproof bathroom area. Not a fan of not having the bathroom in a sealed room - just had louvres so if in bed you could hear the other person in the bathroom on the toilet or in the shower.
