A really spacious apartment with a spa bath, large shower and great views over the rivers to the mountains. Really helpful front desk staff at all times.

The hotel location was fantastic, right in the central areas of Surfers Paradise, and a close ~5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was spacious, but was a bit dated, and not as maintained as it could be. The shower screens had a thick layer of soap scum on it, some of the fixtures were rusty, and the shower head in the master bedroom was very weak, probably due to limescale build up. The hotel staff were super helpful and were a pleasure to deal with.

Good views poor apartment condition

Second shower had humidity problems, second room bed was too small. Insufficient and toiletries provided. Cockroach in the master bedroom Parking was a nightmare - with poor directions and badly marked slots.
