Embark on a behind the scenes tour of our working winery and learn about the winemaking process. Enjoy an exclusive private tasting experience and discover more about the fascinating history and heritage of Maxwell. You will have a rare opportunity to taste wine directly from the barrel to compare the oaks they are maturing in. You’ll also get the chance to explore our 100-year-old Lime Cave before indulging in Chef Fabian Lehmann’s multi-course tasting menu with matching wines from our current vintage.

Enjoy all the wonderful sights, smells and tastings from our Winery Heritage Tour & Tasting Experience, with the added indulgence of dining in our award-winning restaurant. 

Our restaurant prides itself on offering a truly memorable dining experience, championing seasonal produce from like-minded regional producers. Every dish is carefully crafted and presented, while views of the winery, vinyeards and the Fleurieu hills lie just throught the window.
