Canberra Wines STOMP FESTIVAL

Stomp Festival at Mount Majura Vineyard Saturday 5th April

To celebrate the Canberra Wines Stomp Festival join us for an action-packed day on Saturday 5th April. There will be grape stomping, wine and cheese masterclasses, live music and cheese and charcuterie platters. 2025 vintage has begun and it’s an exciting time to visit seeing grapes on the vine and smelling wine fermenting in the winery. Live Music from 12:30-4pm as well as a range of charcuterie and cheese platters available throughout the day.

While this years Grape Stomping has now sold out, come along for live music, cheese platters, wine tasting and cheer the Stomp’ers on. Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the afternoon sharing a wine with friends and family.

Le Cheeserie Wine and Cheese Masterclasses;

Le Cheeserie is one of Canberra’s best and most specialised cheese shops located at the Capital Food Market. Le Cheeserie offers the highest quality cheese, making sure they always provide their customers with an Australian and International selection that is harder to find or in their opinion just phenomenal! The team from Le Cheeserie will hand select three of their best and favourite cheeses, these will then be matched to a number of our wines. We will look at the cheeses best match as well as offering some contrasting wines and showcasing how to find the best pairing. The masterclasses will have an expert on hand from both Le Cheeserie and Mount Majura Vineyard for all your cheese and wine related ideas.

The Masterclasses will take up to one hour. Tastings will include three cheeses and accompaniments. Along with approximately two glasses of wine split across a number of wines for tasting.
