Shh... the secrets of the past are calling, Join us for an old time portrait photography session, where you get to dress in costume and capure your memories of Tasmania in historic themes. Then unlock the door to a hidden cupboard and reveal a treasure trove of history, waiting patiently in the serveant quarters for almost 100 years to be rediscovered.

This Off Season, be transported back to Tasmania's colonial past by dressing in costume

to create a unique portrait printed in black or white or colour.

Themes include Classic Victorian with gown, parasols and tails and top hat, or bushrangers, cowboys, bar girls and convicts or the 1920s gangster flapper era see  our photo gallery

During your session, discover what secret lay hidden for almost 100 years in a locked cupboard in the servant quarters in a house in Hobart Town, the residence of the daughter of  Richard Westbrook, ESQ Manager of the Bank of Van Diemen's Land in the 1890s. Studio located 15 mins drive from Hobart on Blackmans Bay beacxh
