This one-day immersive yoga and wellness experience will leave you feeling realigned and reconnected on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Across your day you will experience a range of enriching and restoring yogic practices, beginning with group guided meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) to regulate your nervous system and establish an anchor point in your mind, ensuring you are centred and positioned to immerse yourself into the day. Then move through various thoughtfully planned offerings of vinyasa and yin yoga, journalling and yogic philosophy workshops.

Enjoy the deeply restorative benefits of guided yoga nidra with an essential oil temple and head massage, explore the healing qualities of sound with crystal singing bowls. Be nourished by a wholesome vegetarian lunch lovingly made with local produce, locally handcrafted raw treats and herbal tea.
