A working almond farm on the banks of the Darling River in far west NSW offers an outback farm stay just 30minutes from Wentworth NSW or 1hour from Mildura Vic. (bitumen road). Explore where the Murray meets the Darling in Wentworth, or take a day tour to nearby Mungo World Heritage National Park. The Perry Sandhills and the Wentworth Township which is home to the Military Museum and gorgeous homewares and clothing stores is also a must!
Or, simply relax by the Darling, wine in hand whilst the birdlife and natural wonders of the outdoors pass you by at camp.
